Exclusion of the Right to Cancel / Withdrawal (B2B)

As the online shop of Robert Spillner – art machine operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis and exclusively sells to traders, commercial entities, and corporate clients (§ 14 BGB), there is no statutory right to cancel, return, or withdraw from the contract.

The statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws applies exclusively to consumers (§ 13 BGB) and is therefore completely excluded for all transactions in this shop. All commercial sales, contracts, and orders are final.
