Shipping policy
Important Notice for Worldwide Shipments and Custom Artworks:
5.5 For all transactions and returns worldwide—including previous consumer (B2C) purchases as well as commercial orders, both within and outside the European Union—the Client is solely responsible for organizing, securing, and fully funding the entire return transport (including any required secure packaging, palletizing, or specialized freight) from the destination country back to the Seller's workshop in Germany. The Seller does not provide free return labels and will not reimburse return shipping fees.
Please note that all transactions and deliveries worldwide (both within and outside the European Union) concluded on or after August 1, 2026, are strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis to commercial entities and traders (§ 14 BGB).
Due to the high logistical complexity, mechanical precision, and risk of transit damage to our kinetic sculptures over long distances, specific terms apply to warranty claims:
In the event of a warranty-related return, the Client is solely responsible for organizing, securing, and fully funding the entire return transport (including required secure pallet packaging and specialized freight) from the destination country back to the Seller's workshop in Germany.
The Seller will not pre-pay, advance, or reimburse international return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, or import duties for non-EU warranty claims. The sole place of performance for any technical inspections, checks, or repairs is the Seller's workshop in Germany.
To minimize transit risks for these delicate art pieces, we highly recommend arranging a local professional repair or specialized restoration in your destination country in case of any defects. The Seller may partially or fully subsidize these local repair costs upon prior written agreement.
